With over fifteen years of experience, Moshe has advised and accompanied complex tenders for the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, NTA, Cross Israel Highway, Ayalon highways, Netivei Israel, Bank of Israel, Ministry of Public Security and more.

Moshe has unique expertise in tenders theory and building solutions for tenders in infrastructure, banking, insurance, real estate, technology and transportation fields.

In addition, Moshe specializes in building financial hedging mechanisms and advising hedge and project financing transactions.

Prior to this position, Moshe served as an advisor to the Ministry of Finance, where he advised on complex projects and tenders and as a project manager in a leading consulting firm in the field of project finance.
