Efrat Shriki is a senior manager in the fields of tenders, projects and strategy with an emphasis on managing complex procedures and control processes. Among her clients is a wide range of leading public organizations.

With over twelve years of experience, Efrat has advised public organizations in complex tender and project procedures, in addition to formulating strategic and business plans focusing on organizational efficiency and procedural control management. Over the years, Efrat has led numerous national-scale projects providing advice to governmental entities in the fields of construction, security, procurement, operations and logistic, technology and strategic.

Efrat specializes in formulating engagement frameworks, writing tender documents and creating bespoke mechanisms answering customer's needs, from the initiation phase to the project execution, additionally to supporting, monitoring and controlling the engagement.     

Furthermore, Efrat supports organizations and companies through broad cross-organization efficiency and rationalization processes, with an emphasis on engagements and vendors management, while striving to promote innovation, create meaningful tools for streamlining, efficient budget allocation and more.

Prior to this position, Efrat served as project manager in the Public Private Projects Division in initiating and promoting BOT projects promoted by the General Accountant's department.
