Over the years, Nir Badner has led complex merger and acquisition transactions, such as the merger between Jerusalem Economy LTD., and Mivney Taasia company, the merger between Yoel Company and Equital LTD., in addition to the acquisition of City People Company's TAMA (National Outline Plan) business by Rotshtein LTD.

With over ten years of experience in the fields of finance, economics, and law, Nir has managed various debt restructuring and insolvency processes. Such examples are the restructuring processes for Alon Fuel Company to Israel, Kardan NV, Africa Israel, Plaza Centers and Mirland, as well as the performing of investigative reviews for officers of the court.

In addition, Nir performed numerous valuation assignments and expert opinions for the court.   

Among the diverse projects Nir is leading, he also advises on transactions in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, and provides financial advisory services within the scope of legal procedures and disputes.    

Prior to his role at MNS, Nir served as an attorney in the restructuring and insolvency division of a leading law firm.
