Sharon Zaworbach leads the fields of corporate finance, investment banking, and insolvency.

With more than twenty years of experience in Israel and abroad, Sharon has advised investors and boards of directors in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and feasibility analyses in billions of shekels.

In addition, Sharon has led dozens of valuations, expert opinions, and served as an official of the court.

Sharon is considered as one of the most prominent experts in ​​debt restructuring and insolvency in Israel and has personally advised most of the debt settlements in Israel in recent years.

Over the years, Sharon has worked in the following sectors: real estate, infrastructure, industry, retail, finance and non-banking credit.

Prior to this position, Sharon served as the head of property commercial at Africa Israel Properties, as an advisor to the Accountant General in financing national infrastructures, as an investment banker at ABN AMRO and worked for a leading consulting company in project financing field (PPP / BOT) in London.
